Our commitment
At Romkal LLC, we stand behind every QuickBooks license we sell. If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right through a replacement license, technical support, or a full refund where eligible.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date under the following conditions:

Important: Once a QuickBooks license key has been activated with Intuit, it is permanently registered to that Intuit account and cannot be transferred, deactivated, or returned. Activated licenses are non-refundable.

The entire process is handled by email — there is nothing to package or ship back.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge before the license key has been delivered to your email. Because delivery is typically instant upon payment confirmation, cancellation windows are very short. If your license key has already been sent, the standard refund policy above applies.

Technical issues & support
Before requesting a refund, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Many installation and activation issues can be resolved quickly at no cost to you. We offer free technical support for all QuickBooks licenses purchased from Romkal.
If a license key is confirmed defective, we will send a replacement immediately — no refund request needed.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong version of QuickBooks (for example, Pro instead of Premier), we can exchange your unused license for the correct product. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will arrange the exchange, adjusting any price difference accordingly.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Romkal is not responsible for delays on the bank’s end.
